Wimbledon 2009 is all set to start its main events from Monday, 22nd June 2009. With this, the mad rush has started amongst tennis enthusiasts, to grab tickets for the scheduled matches. Wimbledon is one of the very few major sporting events in the United Kingdoms that allow the spectators to buy premium tickets on the day of play itself. For games to be played at the Centre Court, No.1 Court and No.2 Court, approximately 500 tickets have been reserved for each day, to be sold at the turnstiles.
Coming down to the Ground Admission for Wimbledon Championship 2009, approximately 6000 are available for each day. They will provide the spectators with entry to the Grounds. However, the number of tickets will vary according to the number of people already in the grounds, the number of courts in play and the weather. Its normal opening hours are 09.00 to 17.00 hours, from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays.
